1. Granting consent to the processing of personal data

This document contains information about the protection of personal data on the pages of guidetoslovakia.com. We take the protection of personal data seriously and it is important to us that your personal data are safe. All personal data collected during your visit to our website are processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR)  and in accordance with Slovak Act no. 122/2013. By entering your personal data, you hereby give us your consent to their processing in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
 
2. Scope of processing

This section regulates data processing during user registration and use of the Your Account section. We only require the data that is necessary to fulfill the purpose, i.e. to promote your objects or services.

During free registration and your free publication of information about your objects or services, we process basic data necessary for contact with you. These are the data necessary for us to be able to contact you if necessary in connection with changes to the content and the operation of the website. In case of paid publication of information about your objects and services, we also require billing data. We do not require you to enter your account number or credit card number, and we do not record them.

We do not provide your data to third parties

We do not disclose or provide the data we use to contact you and billing data to other parties. The providing of your personal data to state organizations is only based on valid legal ruling in accordance with the law of the Slovak Republic.
 
3. We never require login data and sensitive data from you

Unfair practices can occur on the Internet, the purpose of which is to harm users and obtain sensitive data from them. We never ask you in writing, by e-mail, or by phone for your login data, which you use to log in to our website, or other sensitive data, e.g. your credit card number, your account number, access to internet banking, etc. We also do not request or contact you in connection with your access to other websites. Therefore, in case of such activity, please be careful, do not respond to such calls and please report such actions to us.

You have the right to request the removing of your personal data. Removing your data also cancels your registration and access to the Your Account section. Please send the  removing request to our email from the email address entered during registration. We will contact you again before removing of the data.

By using this site, you consent to the policies contained herein. If you do not agree to this privacy policy, please do not use our site. Any changes to the terms will be posted on this page. Your use of this site after the publication of changes to this policy will be  considered as your acceptance of those changes.
